Fees
Coaching commitment: Three month commitment, $500 per month.
Monthly package includes:
Two 50 minute sessions with client per month
Text and email support with client throughout our time together
Two conversations with parents or guardians, one half way through and at the end of our time together.
My coaching structure is offered in three month commitments as meaningful change takes time. In my experience, a three-month coaching program provides the time and space necessary for deeper exploration, skill building and integration. This commitment allows my clients to feel safe, supported, and seen which strengthens the coaching relationship and leads to more meaningful and long lasting outcomes.
I offer an initial complementary consultation for all clients, parents or guardians. This conversation is an opportunity for us to connect, explore the clients needs, and ensure that my coaching is the right fit.
Sessions are available both in person and virtually, giving clients and families the flexibility to choose what works best for their schedule, comfort and location.
In addition to our scheduled sessions, I provide ongoing support via text or email with clients throughout our time together. This allows for encouragement and brief guidance between sessions when questions or challenges arise. While this support does not replace coaching sessions, it complements our coaching work and helps maintain momentum between sessions.
Lastly, I meet with the parents or guardians halfway through and at the end of our three months together. This is time for us to connect, talk about your child’s progress, discuss what’s coming up for them and for you, and how to best support them.
I accept cash, Venmo or credit card payments. Payments are requested in full prior to the first coaching session. Credit card payments may be set up as automated monthly charges for convenience throughout the three month coaching commitment.
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions missed without 48 hours noticed will be charged in full, as this time is reserved specifically for you.
